"First off, I can't say enough good things about Toshya. Toshya had been helping me locate a property to purchase on and off over the past year. I had been quite sporadic with my inquiries and Toshya was always happy to oblige. One day, we found a property that matched my needs (wasn't sold right before we found it) and we were able to tour the property. This purchase was raw land and Toshya walked with me and seller through the property and helped ask questions about the parcel. Shortly after we made an offer (Toshya helped me negotiate the price), and we put down a deposit.The entire process from viewing the property, asking initial questions, negotiating a price under asking, creating a buyers agreement, making a deposit, organizing the steps in between up until closing, was all well explained and executed timely thanks to Toshya. This was my first time ever buying a property and I would have been lost without her. Toshya was a rock star for me!!I can't thank you enough for your help Toshya!"

"We worked with Toshya to help sell our home, which we had been renting out for 10+ years. Toshya was extremely consultative and patient as we navigated asking our renters to leave while then working to repair/update/clean the home. We do not live local to the house, and Toshya was kind enough to help let vendors in, meet with the city inspector and even make very minor updates to the house coming out of the inspection...all things she did NOT have to do. In addition to her going above and beyond, she is extremely knowledgeable of the local and broader real estate market. All of her advice and guidance was SPOT on.
